How long does it take for my order to be made once it has been placed?
Due to the fact that all of our products are handmade, typically our turn around is 7-14 days. This is also dependent on our current wood supply, inventory and our upcoming shows. Custom orders are subjective to the order.
What is the shipping time and charge?
Our main mail carrier is USPS with priority 2 day shipping. We do use UPS or FedEx for larger orders. The shipping charge is based on the size and weight of the package, as well as the distance the package travels.
How do I place a custom order?
All inquiries about custom orders can be made by messaging us directly from our Contact tab or emailing us at email@example.com. All responses will be made with 1-2 business days.
Is every product handmade?
Yes, our products are handcrafted by us. We do have some vintage pieces that we have salvaged, rehabbed and re-purposed as decor as well.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Each return will be treated on a case by case basis. We apologize, but we do not take returns unless damage has occurred. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once a custom piece has been made, the sale is final and cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrectly made. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If there is damage that has occurred during shipping, we will replace the part that is damaged or replace the whole item if there is significant damage. Any damaged products must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have received a damaged product.
